How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact us at carbonise.nz@gmail.com and provide your order number or the email address associated with your order. Our aim is to ensure the best custom and driving experience with all our products. If there is an issue with your item, we will do our utmost to resolve it.
Returns:
All wheels are custom-made and therefore not eligible for return. However, if the wheel is defective or arrives damaged, you can request an exchange or refund within 15 days of receiving the product. To qualify for a return, the item must be new, unused, show no signs of wear and tear, and be in its original packaging. Items can be returned by mail.
Refunds:
If your return is approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
Order Cancellation:
Each order is manually reviewed by one of our agents. Once the details are confirmed, cancellations cannot be made.
