Deposit Policy

If customers choose to pay a 20% deposit, please note that it is non-refundable. Our products are fully customized to meet your specific requirements.

Once the 20% deposit is paid, we will notify you upon the arrival of your product by sending a photograph of the finished item along with the order number. At this point, the remaining balance will be due. Upon receipt of the final payment, we will proceed with shipping your order.
